Panorama Restaurant, Owlerton Stadium, Sheffield
This project was on undertaken for HK (Kitchens and Bar solutions) Ltd, to fit out the new kitchen for the Panorma restaurant at Owlerton dog track in Sheffield.
The restaurant has a capacity of three hundred, and the kitchen required a comprehensive selection of sinks, benches and dishwash tabling. At the heart of the kitchen featured a bespoke 6500mm long serving counter, incorporating 2 bain-marie hot cupboards, refrigeration and full length heated gantries all wired back to a main control board.
The unit was manufactured and transported to the site in sections, before being fully seam welded together and wired up, work which took over a week to complete.
The outcome was excellent, and helped us to refine our skills working on larger and more complex projects. The feedback that we received from the client was excellent, and they have since placed orders for two even longer counters for the Napoleon Casino in Sheffield and for the Chesterfield Football Stadium.
